Love Marie Ongpauco-Escudero (otherwise known as Heart Evangelista) is no stranger to living in luxury. The singer/actress/vj/host came from an affluent family so it comes as no surprise that she would know a thing or two about the finer things in life. 

Last year, the internet went wild over her hand-painted bags. The project caught the attention of netizens because the bags she would paint on weren't just ordinary purses. They were mostly bags from the luxury brand Hermes. Some showbiz personalities even lined up to have their designer bags painted by the actress. 

Based on her paintings (on bags and on canvas), one can say that the actress truly has an eye for beauty and decorating. This skill of hers seems to apply to other aspects of her life, it turns out. 

In 2013, Heart bought a three-story town house which she reportedly sad was "sulit". Fans can assume that the actress got the house for a good deal. But what really makes the house special, according to netizens, is the fact that the actress had a say in how the place was decorated. And based some photos, it looks like she really made the design her own.

Unfortunately, it looks like Heart will have to say goodbye to her gorgeous town house soon. 

According to reports, Heart only planned to stay in the place until she finds another one with Chiz after they get married. 

And we all know they got married in a ceremony in Balesin Island Island Club last year. 

According to sources, Heart and Chiz are set to move to a new mansion soon.
