Exclusive - 'You Almost Hurt a Baby!' American Airlines Employee Allegedly Hits a Mother with Twin Babies Using A Metal Stroller!

A video of an American Airlines flight attendant daring a passenger into a fight has gone viral last Friday, April 22, 2017. The flight attendant allegedly used a metal stroller to hit a woman in the head.

Suarin Adyanthaya, the passenger who uploaded the video, said that he decided to film the incident after the employee hit the woman. According to him, the flight attendant took the metal stroller from the woman and hit her with it. Fortunately, he missed hitting the baby.

"They just involuntarily escorted the mother and her kids off the flight and let the flight attendant back on, who tried to fight other passengers. The mom asked for an apology and the AA official declined," Adyanthaya said.

According to another passenger, Olivia Morgan, the woman was only standing at the front of the plane with her child and was looking for a space to put the metal stroller. According to the American Airlines website, they have no specific regulations regarding putting collapsible small strollers in overhead cabins. A female flight attendant already allowed her to look for other spaces to place the stroller into.

However, a male flight attendant took the metal stroller from her. The woman told him that she has already been given permission to look for space to put her stroller but the male attendant ignored her.

The woman started to sob, asking to get her stroller back. According to the witnesses, the attendant dragged the metal stroller away from her and then hit her with it. A concerned male passenger went to the scene to confront the employee but was told to stay out of it. The employee eventually dared the man into a fight.

Another passenger, Tom Watson, also claimed to have seen the incident but has another version of the story. He claimed that it was the woman who responded inappropriately when the male attendant tried to get the stroller. Watson said the woman refused to give it, He added the attendant was also aggressive.

Meanwhile, American Airlines already released a statement about the incident:

"The airline released a statement late Friday saying that it was 'disappointed by these actions' and had already started to investigate the incident.

'"What we see on this video does not reflect our values or how we care for our customers,' the company said in a statement.

"We are deeply sorry for the pain we have caused this passenger and her family and to any other customers affected by the incident.

"We are making sure all of her family's needs are being met while she is in our care.'

"After electing to take another flight, we are taking special care of her and her family and upgrading them to first class for the remainder of their international trip.

"The actions of our team member captured here do not appear to reflect patience or empathy, two values necessary for customer care.

"In short, we are disappointed by these actions. The American team member has been removed from duty while we immediately investigate this incident."

If you were the woman, how would you react to the flight attendant?
