Exclusive - WARNING: A 22-Year-Old Model Thought That Cosmetic Surgery Will Help Her Enhance Her Body But She Did Not Know That This Will Happen To Her!

The family of model and Youtube celebrity Melanie Montenegro is now calling for justice and seeking against the surgeon who disappeared after the model passed away while on his operating table.

The 22-year old model even traveled from Guayaquil to the southwestern Ecuadorian of Guayas just for the procedure. However, Montenegro suffered a massive heart attack while undergoing liposuction under Dr. Felipe Leyton.

According to Edwin Montenegro, Melanie's father, the medical team was not informed that Montenegro was allergic to one of the medicines used in the surgery.

Edwin Montenegro claimed that he has no idea that his daughter will undergo surgery and Montenegro "had been misled by TV adverts offering low-cost surgery", according to Mirror.co.uk. He also said that the owner of the clinic gave him a phone call informing him that his daughter passed away.

The surgeon is now missing in action and authorities are now searching for him. Fredy Toala, the prosecutor in the case, ordered a search on the home of the surgeon. However, it was found empty.

Actress Gabriela Ruiz and actor Daniel Machado, Melanie's co-stars, used their social media platforms to help in the search for the surgeon. They said in a post, "It looks as if the surgeon delayed informing anyone about her death to give himself time to escape."

Melanie, a journalism student, owns an event management company and works in a soap opera broadcast on You Tube. Her death shocked many people, especially her followers.
