Exclusive - 17-Year-Old Filipina Qualifies As Semifinalist In The Voice Israel 2017 As She Tops Online Votes!

Aside from being cheerful, Filipinos are known around the world for their talents. May it be singing, dancing, acting and much more, there are numerous Filipinos who are widely acclaimed for their talents, and listing them all would be an impossible task.

Another aspiring singer is making her way to belong to this list. This dreamer is already doing her best to make all the Filipinos around the world feel proud that she has the Filipino blood.

17-year-old Ezra Liz Joy Ng is now making noise in The Voice Israel 2017 as she was qualified to advance to the competition's semi-finals. This was after she earned the highest number of the show's online votes!

According to a statement released by the Department of Foreign Affairs, Ezra paid a courtesy call on the Philippine Ambassador to Israel, Neal Imperial, at the Philippine Embassy in Tel Aviv on February 14.

The young aspiring singer loves performing as she already has experience in singing in front of the Filipino community in Israel ever since she was a child. According to her, it was her friends who encourage her to join the prestigious competition.

Meanwhile, Ambassador Imperial thanked her for making the Filipino community proud and for giving them honor through her outstanding talent. The Ambassador also asked the Filipino people to continue supporting her to achieve her dream of bagging the title this year.

In 2014, Rose Fontanes, a Filipina caregiver was able to dominate another singing competition, the X-Factor Israel title. Fontanes bagged the title for that show.
