26-year-old Brittany Fultz was charged with sexual imposition against her 100-year-old dementia patient.
On December 2015, Fultz, who was working at The Commons of Providence - a living center in Sandusky, Ohio - was caught on video by one of her co-workers. In the video, the female caregiver was seen dancing in front of the man while straddling him with her private parts exposed.
"I can show you new things," she told the old man while she stripped.
"I won’t tell if you won’t. I’m a girl. You know what that means… You gonna buy me some?" she was heard saying.
Unfortunately for Fultz, her lewd act was immediately brought up to her supervisor and eventually reached the authorities.
According to Telegraph, Fultz pleaded not guilty, claiming it was just a prank to cheer up the elderly man. Her fellow caregiver who took the video was not charged, according to the Sandusky Register.
Sandusky detective Bath said the old man did not approve of what happened. "He did not want this going on," Bath stated.
Fultz's lawyer, however, slammed the claim, saying, despite the old man's dementia, he is still capable of stopping her lewd act if he truly wanted.
Fultz and her co-worker who took the video are no longer working in the assisted living center.
Unfortunately, there has been no confirmation as to how the case was resolved.
