Exclusive - This Lucky Student Got to Spend His 'Vacant' Time in France. See His Hilarious Photos Here!

College students in the Philippines know how difficult it is to study in a university. Aside from the insane amount of schoolwork given by professors left and right, college students have to deal with getting the units they need and the subjects they want. 

More often than not, though, things refuse to go their way and students end up with a crappy schedule that becomes a waste of both time and energy.

Some students complain of a very tight class schedule and having to transfer from one building to another in the span of just a few minutes. On the other hand, some students have a schedule so lax that they complain of having too much free time since their subjects are three hours apart. 

One student from Far Eastern University apparently had too much time on his hands that he decided to relax. However, instead of a nearby coffee shop, he decided to visit Paris, France. 

Yes, you read that correctly. 

Mechanical engineering student Marwin Lee N. Revelo shared his photos during a trip to the fabled City of Romance. The photos he posted included images of himself posing beside the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and the Arc de Triomphe while wearing his school uniform. 

Obviously, his post went viral due to his witty captions and hilarious pictures. 

One caption read, “Saan aabot ang vacant mo?” 

In an interview with When in Manila, Marvin said “One day, sa sobrang haba ng vacant ko, I decided to go to PARIS-tern University.”

“Literally from school pa ako nanggaling na may white shirt at FEU pants na [nakabaon], pero yung polo ko nasa bag lang din!” he jokingly said. 

Of course, his posts about going to France during his vacant time were just a joke. The trip is real though. Marvin shares his experience in France. According to him, he is currently vacationing with his family during for the Holy Week. 

“[Andito] kami for Holy Week pero Wednesday pa yung start [ng bakasyon namin]. [I] already took my quizzes (dalawao) in advance na din para it’s ok lang na wala ako sa class, para legit vacant na din!” Marvin shared.
