Women have been molested since time immemorial. In the past, men have always felt the need to molest helpless females in order to prove just how powerful they are over them. Aside from the need to prove their power, men are known to have this insatiable appetite for flesh which only women could satisfy for them.
Nowadays, the same thing still happens. Men try to impose their power over women while they are repeatedly molested by them. The sad thing is, women rarely receive the justice they deserve because men are the ones who decide who is guilty and who is innocent.
Mexican judge Anuar González Hemadi acquitted a wealthy young man for raping a 17-year-old school girl.
The victim testified against the suspects saying that they forcibly dragged her inside their vehicle where the two of them started to force themselves on her. Upon arriving at the house of one of the four perpetrators, a third suspect allegedly raped her.
According to the judge, there are no grounds to convict him for rape because there was no proof presented to the court which proves that the man enjoyed the sexual act.
The judge added that “an incidental touching or fondling will not be considered sexual acts, if proof is not presented that it was done to satisfy a sexual desire”.
The residing judge also mentioned that since the victim was conscious and was capable of moving herself from the back seat to the front, despite the fact that she repeatedly pleaded her attackers to stop, means she was not completely defenseless at the time of the attack.
Since the suspects haven’t been charged with anything, the victim’s father started a campaign to suspend the judge for his decision.
Due to this, the victim posted on her Facebook account lamenting about the incident. She said “I’ve nothing to repent. I’ve gone drinking. I’ve gone to parties. I’ve worn short skirts like many girls my age, and for that I’m going to be judged? For that I deserved what had happened?”
